Account Management

You can log in to your account and change it from your Profile > Edit Profile. Then go to the general tab to change your email.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Contact our support team to request account deletion. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Payment & Billing

If your payment fails, check that the card payment options is available in your order. Please note that payment declined due to: invalid CVV, incorrect address/phone number, insufficient fund or invalid zip code.

You can cancel an order before it's processed. Once payment is processed, cancellations may be subject to fees.
